DXC Technology Discusses $2.4 Billion Insurance Software Sale to Eldridge
Eldridge Industries is also considering combining the business with its insurance technology platform, Zinnia.

DXC Technology is in advanced talks to sell its insurance software and services business to Eldridge Industries for about $2.4 billion, with a possible combination with Zinnia also under discussion.
Eldridge, a private investment firm, is considering bringing the DXC business together with Zinnia, its insurance technology platform. The proposed purchase and combination remain under discussion.
The talks concern DXC’s insurance software and services unit. The roughly $2.4 billion figure describes a potential sale, rather than a completed transaction.
In a separate insurance software deal, CCC Intelligent Solutions agreed to a $6.1 billion sale to a GTCR-led group. CCC develops technology for the property and casualty insurance industry, including the car-insurance business.
