ServisFirst Bancshares Lifts Q3 Revenue 26.9% to $172.9 Million
Net income rose to $87.3 million from $65.6 million a year earlier. GAAP and adjusted diluted earnings per share both reached $0.80.

ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (SFBS) increased third-quarter revenue 26.9% from a year earlier to $172.9 million, while net income rose to $87.3 million.
For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, net income was up from $65.6 million a year earlier. Diluted earnings per share under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) reached $0.80, compared with $0.60. Adjusted diluted earnings per share, a non-GAAP measure, also reached $0.80, up from $0.65. The per-share comparisons reflect a two-for-one stock split.
Third-quarter net interest margin was 3.63%, matching the second quarter’s reported margin. A $1.9 million interest recovery from a large credit relationship previously on nonaccrual status boosted the second-quarter figure. With that recovery removed from the earlier period, the third-quarter margin was 5 basis points higher.
