Steel Dynamics, Inc. shipped a record 3.8 million tons of steel in the third quarter of 2026, as net sales rose 34.8% from a year earlier to $6.509 billion.
Net sales were $4.828 billion in the third quarter of 2025. Steel Dynamics earned $5.26 per diluted share under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) in the latest quarter.
