Galleon Gold Expands Planned Bought Deal to Approximately C$27 Million
The amended agreement increases the planned financing from approximately C$20 million. A separate C$4.75 million placement is outside the bought deal.

Galleon Gold Corp. increased the planned size of its bought deal private placement to approximately C$27 million on Monday, Oct. 19, after strong investor demand prompted a larger offering.
The amended agreement raises the proposed financing from approximately C$20 million, an increase of about C$7 million. The figures are in Canadian dollars.
The C$27 million represents the revised size of the bought deal, not funds Galleon Gold has already raised. The financing had not closed when the company announced the change.
A separate C$4.75 million placement falls outside the C$27 million bought deal.
