Demand from data centers and power grids is helping drive advanced talks between Ivanhoe Electric and prospective buyers of copper from its Santa Cruz Copper Project in Arizona.
Ivanhoe Electric CEO Taylor Melvin described the discussions in an interview. The talks concern sales of copper from the project; no completed sale was announced.
