Bitdeer Technologies Group’s AI cloud revenue backlog reached about $2.9 billion at the end of September, up from $900 million in August, while its Bitcoin (BTC) mining output also rose.

The company mined 1,355 BTC in September, up 200% from a year earlier.

The backlog represents expected revenue under AI cloud contracts, not revenue already earned. Customer commitments cover more than 70% of capacity at Bitdeer’s A201 data center in Malaysia.

Bitdeer’s self-mining computing power reached 82.3 exahashes per second in September.

Those commitments are expected to generate more than $1.7 billion over five years.
