Neolix Raises Nearly $400 Million to Expand Driverless Delivery Abroad
The Series E round brings the Beijing-based company's total funding above $1.4 billion.

Beijing-based autonomous delivery company Neolix completed a nearly $400 million Series E round on Oct. 20 to finance regional service hubs and a broader customer network outside China.
The financing takes Neolix’s total funding above $1.4 billion. No valuation was announced for the round. Boyu Capital was among the lead investors. Existing backers also participated, along with Vertex Growth, Granite Asia, Monolith Management and Alibaba Group’s AEF NextGen Fund.
Neolix plans to use the money to establish service hubs in major regional markets and expand its customer fulfillment network. It also intends to train its artificial intelligence models to improve vehicle safety and performance and reduce operating and maintenance costs.
The company’s overseas plans include a European headquarters in Luxembourg, announced Sept. 14. That plan is part of a shift from early pilots and partnerships toward commercial operations based in local markets.
On June 29, Malaysia cleared Neolix to test on public roads in Cyberjaya under a sandbox program. Planned trials with local partners will assess parcel, campus and e-commerce delivery.
