G42 and Analog Sign Nonbinding AI Agreements With AMI Labs
The proposed work covers research, computing infrastructure, sovereign-enabled cloud and potential industrial uses. Specific projects would require separate contracts.

Abu Dhabi technology group G42 and portfolio company Analog signed nonbinding agreements with Advanced Machine Intelligence (AMI Labs) to explore artificial intelligence for physical-world uses, including potential industrial applications.
Co-founded by Yann LeCun, AMI Labs is working on AI models that represent how physical environments function. The models are intended to help AI assess how a setting could change and choose actions in response.
The proposed cooperation would combine AMI Labs’ research with G42’s computing capabilities and Analog’s Physical Intelligence platform. The agreements cover AI research, computing infrastructure, sovereign-enabled cloud and possible industrial uses.
The companies signed the agreements on the sidelines of the UAE-France Business Dialogue in Abu Dhabi. G42 already operates an AI data center in Grenoble and formed a strategic partnership with French AI company Mistral AI in May 2025. The UAE and France formalized broader AI cooperation in February 2025.
The nonbinding arrangements establish an initial basis for discussion. Any project would depend on later contracts defining its work, business terms and execution.
