Upbit opened a South Korean won trading pair for Metaplex (MPLX) on Tuesday, expanding access to the token as its price ranged from 99.8 won to 143 won.

The market’s Oct. 20 range stretched from 99.8 won to 143 won. MPLX stood at 102 won at about 10:39 a.m. ET (14:39 UTC), about 29% below the day’s high. The figures describe MPLX priced in won, a separate market from dollar-denominated trading.

The won pair joins MPLX markets that Upbit had already opened against Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) in July. A won market prices and settles trades in South Korea’s currency, giving customers a local-currency route for MPLX transactions on the exchange. The addition extends MPLX trading already available to Upbit customers.

Metaplex is a Solana protocol for digital assets. MPLX has a role in Metaplex DAO governance, with holders voting on protocol development and the use of its treasury.
