1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. has completed the $45 million sale of PersonalizationMall.com and Things Remembered to PlanetArt, LLC, bringing a previously announced transaction involving both properties to a close.

PlanetArt operates an e-commerce platform for personalized products made on demand.
