Salesforce Agrees to Buy Braze at $5.66 Billion Enterprise Value
The cash offer is $47.50 for each Braze Class A share. Salesforce expects Braze’s customer engagement capabilities to complement Agentforce and Data 360.

Salesforce has agreed to acquire Braze, a customer engagement platform with AI-powered tools, for $47.50 in cash per Class A share in a transaction valued at about $5.66 billion on an enterprise basis.
The offer specifies the cash amount holders of Braze Class A common stock are to receive for each share. The enterprise value describes the transaction’s overall valuation, a separate figure from the per-share payment.
Salesforce expects Braze’s capabilities to complement Agentforce and Data 360, which are distinct layers of its architecture. The companies announced the agreement on Oct. 20.
