Nightfood Holdings Completes 1-for-150 Split as It Seeks Nasdaq Listing
The split reduced outstanding shares from about 543.9 million to 3.6 million. Split-adjusted trading began under the temporary ticker NGTFD.

Nightfood Holdings, Inc., which does business as TechForce Robotics, completed a 1-for-150 reverse stock split Tuesday, reducing its outstanding shares as it pursues a Nasdaq Capital Market listing.
The split took effect at 12:01 a.m. ET Oct. 20 (04:01 UTC). Each 150 existing common shares became one share, bringing the outstanding count down from about 543.9 million to 3.6 million. Fractional-share entitlements were rounded up to the next whole share. The number of authorized shares did not change.
The stock began split-adjusted trading on the OTC Pink market under the temporary ticker NGTFD. The ticker is expected to revert to NGTF after 20 trading days.
Nightfood has submitted an application to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The reverse split is intended to increase the per-share trading price, but a listing remains subject to other requirements and Nasdaq approval.
