Beeline Holdings, Inc. aims to cut operating costs by $3 million at an annualized rate while its proposed acquisition of a blockchain-based home-equity business remains pending.

The digital mortgage lender announced the plan Oct. 20. Its target is about $250,000 a month in lower operating expenses, in addition to cuts made earlier in 2026. The $3 million figure reflects 12 months at that monthly rate, rather than savings Beeline has already realized.

The measures include workforce reductions, infrastructure consolidation and the removal of older overhead costs. Beeline expects about $270,000 in one-time transition expenses through Dec. 1.

For the six months ended June 30, Beeline recorded $1.5 million in net cash used in operating activities of continuing operations. That cash-flow measure predates the newly announced plan and provides context for the company’s expense target.

Beeline signed a nonbinding letter of intent July 28 for an all-stock combination with TYTL Holdings, Inc. TYTL’s platform represents residential home equity interests as digital securities on a blockchain. The proposed acquisition remains subject to approvals and closing conditions.

“This initiative represents a fundamental shift in Beeline’s operating model,” Beeline CEO Nick Liuzza said. Beeline expects to reach the full $250,000 monthly savings rate after Dec. 1.
