Vicor Expects 10% Q4 Product Revenue Growth, at Least $43 Million in Royalties
Initial equipment deployment at ChiP Fab-2 is likely to begin in Q2 2027, starting with processes constrained at Fab-1.

Vicor Corporation expects product revenue to rise 10% from the third quarter in Q4 2026 and royalties to reach at least $43 million, following a quarter lifted by a nonrecurring license payment.
The royalty outlook assumes no new license agreements close during the fourth quarter. Royalties could still exceed $43 million without an additional agreement.
Vicor recorded $130.5 million in product revenue and $66.6 million in royalties in the third quarter. Combined revenue reached $197.1 million, a 78.5% increase from a year earlier. Initial payments from a new licensee contributed to the rise in royalties but will not recur.
Initial equipment deployment at ChiP Fab-2 is likely to begin in Q2 2027. Vicor expects to start with the production processes that first encountered capacity limits at Fab-1, then add other processes in stages.
