Texas Instruments will report third-quarter 2026 results after U.S. markets close Wednesday, Oct. 21, with a $5.93 billion revenue estimate setting a benchmark for its analog and embedded processing chip business.

Analysts also expect non-GAAP earnings of $2.40 a share. The revenue estimate falls within the company’s guidance of $5.65 billion to $6.15 billion. Its EPS guidance of $2.23 to $2.57 was not identified as non-GAAP, so the two earnings figures are not directly comparable.

AI-related demand has supported power-management chips and other power semiconductors across the broader market. Texas Instruments’ results will show how its businesses performed during the quarter, without isolating the effect of that demand.

A longer-term question is whether China’s 69 power-chip projects will create competitive pressure. Those projects are at different stages and include plans and upgrades. Any effect on Texas Instruments would depend on competing products, customer purchasing and pricing.

The company was also included in an earlier preview of semiconductor earnings. Its earnings call is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. ET (20:30 UTC) Oct. 21.
