Circle and Grupo BIND collaborated to expand institutional access to USD Coin (USDC) in Argentina through BEN, giving eligible participants a platform that integrates Circle technology.

BEN lists Argentine virtual asset service provider registration No. 167 on its website.

USDC accounted for about 46% of sampled stablecoin payment volume in Argentina in regional data covering Jan. 2023 through Feb. 2025. The figure was published in October 2025. Only 52% of companies in the broader study provided geographic data, so the percentage describes sampled payment flows rather than the entire Argentine market.

The payment figure describes an earlier observation period. The Circle and Grupo BIND collaboration concerns institutional access through BEN, rather than a measured change in payment volume.
