Snowflake CoCo Use Tops 9,100 Accounts as Salesforce Adds Slackbot, Headless 360 to ARR
Snowflake's product revenue rose 37% to $1.49 billion in the second quarter. Salesforce's Agentforce and Data 360 annual recurring revenue reached nearly $3.9 billion.

Snowflake's CoCo assistant reached more than 9,100 customer accounts in its second quarter as product revenue climbed, while Salesforce broadened the products counted in its Agentforce annual recurring revenue.
In the fiscal 2027 quarter ended July 31, Snowflake generated $1.49 billion in product revenue, up 37% from a year earlier, and $1.55 billion in total revenue, up 35%. The company raised its full-year product revenue forecast to $6.07 billion, representing 36% growth. It did not disclose a standalone AI revenue figure.
“On margins, while AI revenues are coming with lower margins, AI is pulling along core workloads, which benefits margins,” Stefan Slowinski, a senior analyst, said.
Salesforce's Agentforce and Data 360 combined annual recurring revenue reached nearly $3.9 billion, up more than 210% year over year. Quarterly growth in Slackbot users exceeded 150%. Salesforce expanded its Agentforce ARR calculation in the second quarter to cover Slackbot and Headless 360.
Salesforce has also been expanding Slack's role in AI agents and live CRM workflows. The figures here track different measures: Snowflake counts customer accounts using CoCo, while Salesforce's figures cover recurring revenue and Slackbot users.
