Rezolve AI Shares Fall 3.86% After Revolut Rewards Agreement
Retailers would fund rewards on qualifying purchases by eligible Revolut users. The companies will set markets, merchants and launch dates for each campaign.

Rezolve AI PLC (RZLV) announced an agreement with Revolut on Oct. 20 to offer purchase-linked rewards to eligible app users, opening a new channel for its retail incentives as its shares declined.
RZLV fell 3.86% to $1.6150 on Oct. 20. The agreement establishes a framework for rewards campaigns but does not set a date for a broad launch.
Retailers that participate in a campaign would fund rewards when eligible customers make qualifying purchases. Rezolve Reward connects merchants with customers through financial platforms, giving retailers a way to tie incentives to purchases.
Revolut has more than 80 million customers worldwide. That figure represents its total customer base, not the number of people eligible for offers under the agreement. The companies will determine participating retailers, markets, incentive rates and launch dates separately for each campaign.
Rezolve announced its $230 million acquisition of Reward Loyalty UK Limited in February 2026. The acquisition added a retail rewards business to Rezolve’s commerce operations, which now include the Revolut agreement.
The Oct. 20 announcement gave no revenue forecast for the Revolut agreement or overall rollout schedule. The next step is to establish terms and launch dates for individual campaigns.
