Hancock Whitney Corporation posted $110.1 million in third-quarter 2026 net income, as costs tied to its acquisition of OFB Bancshares, Inc. weighed on profit despite higher revenue.

Earnings under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) were $1.36 per diluted share for the quarter ended Sept. 30. In the second quarter, the company earned $127.0 million, or $1.55 per diluted share.

The latest quarter included $30.4 million in pretax acquisition-related items. Excluding those items, adjusted, non-GAAP earnings were $1.66 per diluted share. The OFB Bancshares acquisition closed Aug. 1.

Revenue increased to $420.1 million from $401.4 million in the second quarter. Net interest income climbed to $313.1 million from $293.0 million, more than offsetting a decline in noninterest income to $107.0 million from $108.4 million.
