NIP Group has signed an agreement to acquire Bitcoin (BTC) mining equipment rated at 4.47 exahashes per second, a deal that would lift the company’s planned capacity to about 13.85 EH/s and raise its monthly production target to 195 BTC.

The deal is valued at up to $27.3 million. NIP plans to issue the seller as many as 247.1 million Class A ordinary shares.

NIP expects the added machines to lift output once the acquisition closes. The equipment is already operating at hosted mining facilities, enabling the company to add production after completion. The 195 BTC monthly target assumes all of the acquired equipment is deployed; it exceeds NIP’s previous goal of 160 BTC per month.

The Abu Dhabi-based company, a Nasdaq-listed esports operator, began Bitcoin mining in July 2025. The purchase would expand its mining business and advance a digital infrastructure strategy that includes plans in artificial intelligence, high-performance computing and gaming.
