NIP Group Agrees to Buy Bitcoin Miners, Targets 13.85 EH/s Fleet
The pending deal covers machines already operating at hosting facilities and calls for up to 247,091,740 Class A ordinary shares.

NIP Group Inc. plans to expand its Bitcoin (BTC) mining business by buying operating machines with company shares, a transaction that would raise its projected fleet capacity to 13.85 exahashes per second (EH/s).
The proposed purchase covers equipment with 4.47 EH/s of computing power. EH/s measures the rate of computing work used in mining. The machines are running at hosting facilities, but the transaction has not closed.
NIP, the Nasdaq-listed parent of esports brand Ninjas in Pyjamas, announced the agreement Oct. 20. Dated Sept. 24, the agreement calls for NIP to issue up to 247,091,740 Class A ordinary shares to the sellers. The 13.85 EH/s projection covers its fleet across three acquisitions, including this pending purchase.
At full deployment, NIP estimates the combined fleet would mine about 195 BTC per month. That figure depends on the Bitcoin network’s computing power, mining difficulty and operating conditions. It is an estimate for the entire fleet, rather than the machines in the latest deal alone.
NIP completed its first mining acquisition, covering 3.11 EH/s, in September 2025. That initial fleet produced about 151.4 BTC from September through November 2025. The company also plans to evaluate artificial intelligence and high-performance computing applications for its broader computing footprint.
The purchase remains subject to customary closing conditions. NIP expects to complete it within 10 business days after those conditions are met.
