Bank First Posts $2.35 Adjusted EPS as Third-Quarter Profit Rises
Net income increased to $23.8 million from $18 million a year earlier. Net interest income totaled $55.2 million.

Bank First Corporation’s adjusted earnings rose to $2.35 per share in the third quarter of 2026 from $1.91 a year earlier, with an acquisition affecting the annual comparison.
The bank earned $23.8 million, or $2.15 per share, for the quarter. That compares with $18 million, or $1.83 per share, in the third quarter of 2025.
Net interest income totaled $55.2 million, while noninterest income was $10.1 million. The adjusted earnings figure is a non-GAAP measure that excludes acquisition expenses and one-time net gains on certain asset sales. Bank First also reports its earnings without those adjustments, giving readers both per-share figures for the quarter.
Bank First completed its acquisition of Centre 1 Bancorp Inc. on Jan. 1, 2026, adding about $1.48 billion in assets. The transaction affects the comparison with the year-earlier quarter, which preceded the acquisition.
The bank plans to complete its acquisition of Peoples (PSB Holdings, Inc.) on Dec. 4, 2026.
