SHF Holdings, Inc., the financial technology company operating as Safe Harbor Financial, has until April 19, 2027, to meet Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid-price rule while its shares remain listed.

Nasdaq granted SHF an additional 180 calendar days after its first compliance period ended Oct. 19. Its Class A shares continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under SHFS. To regain compliance, the closing bid must reach at least $1 for 10 consecutive business days during the new period.

Nasdaq notified SHF on April 22 that its closing bid had been below $1 for 30 consecutive business days. SHF completed a 1-for-12 reverse stock split Sept. 30 at 12:01 a.m. ET (04:01 UTC), before the initial deadline expired.

SHF met Nasdaq’s continued-listing requirement for the market value of publicly held shares. It also met the Nasdaq Capital Market’s other applicable initial-listing requirements, apart from the bid-price rule. Safe Harbor provides financial technology services to the regulated cannabis and hemp industries.

“We are committed to meeting Nasdaq’s listing requirements and are exploring multiple strategies to regain compliance,” said Terrance Mendez, Safe Harbor’s chief executive officer and chief financial officer.
