Dell's $0.63 Dividend Underpins Binance's Planned DELLB Distribution
Dell's dividend is payable to common shareholders Oct. 30. Eligible DELLB holders are set to receive additional tokens rather than a fixed cash payment.

Binance's planned DELLB distribution is tied to Dell Technologies' declared $0.63 quarterly dividend per common share, with eligible holders set to receive additional tokens rather than a $0.63 cash payment.
The $0.63 figure applies to each Dell common share, not to each DELLB holder. Under Binance's previously announced reinvestment plan, applicable withholding taxes, fees and other costs will be deducted before the remaining dividend value is used to acquire whole or fractional DELLB units.
Eligibility was based on DELLB holdings at 8 p.m. ET on Oct. 19 (00:00 UTC on Oct. 20). Binance plans to credit eligible exchange users through their Spot accounts, including when their DELLB was held in another account type. For tokens held on-chain, the distribution is to be reflected through a multiplier adjustment.
DELLB is a bStock tokenized security issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance affiliate. It represents an interest in underlying securities held by the issuer, not direct ownership of Dell shares. The public offer is limited to the Abu Dhabi Global Market, while eligible users in some other jurisdictions may trade on a secondary-market basis. U.S. persons and users in the United States are excluded.
Dell's cash dividend is payable to common shareholders Oct. 30.
