Neptune's Atlas+ AI Tool Reaches 7,000 Agents in Third Quarter
Agents exchanged more than 75,000 messages with the tool during the quarter. Quotes involving Atlas+ became policies at 3.5 times the rate of other quotes.

Neptune Insurance Holdings Inc.'s Atlas+ AI assistant reached 7,000 agents in the third quarter of 2026, adding a measure of tool use to Neptune's growth figures.
Agents exchanged more than 75,000 messages with Atlas+ during the quarter. Quotes that involved the tool became policies at 3.5 times the rate of quotes without an Atlas+ interaction. That comparison does not show that Atlas+ caused the difference.
More than 43,000 insurance professionals were active on Neptune's platform during the quarter, compared with 39,000 in the second quarter. Atlas+ helps agents prepare quotes and explain coverage.
Neptune is the parent of Neptune Flood Incorporated, a managing general agent that distributes residential and commercial flood insurance through a nationwide agency network.
The usage figures add context to Neptune's previously reported 2027 outlook. Its initial target is about $238 million in revenue, $34 million above its updated 2026 outlook of $204 million. Neptune also targets an adjusted EBITDA margin of about 61% for 2027. Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure.
