Atos Group kept its 2026 financial targets after third-quarter revenue fell 3.0% organically, even as the decline at its combined Atos and Eviden business units narrowed from earlier in the year.

Revenue totaled €1.642 billion in the quarter. The combined units' organic revenue decline slowed to 2.4%, compared with 5.8% in the second quarter and 11% in the first. Separately, revenue fell 2.0% at the Atos business unit and 10.9% at Eviden.

North American revenue dropped 19.3% organically from a year earlier to €246 million. Exits from less profitable contracts and reduced business with existing clients contributed to the decline. Revenue in the U.K. and Ireland rose 30.8% organically to €323 million.

New orders totaled €1.024 billion. Atos Group estimated a €44 million positive net change in cash for the quarter, a figure that includes the effect of approximately €50 million in restructuring cash outflows. Estimated liquidity was €966 million as of Sept. 30.

Atos Group continues to expect the combined Atos and Eviden units' organic revenue to decline by around 5% in 2026. It also maintained targets for an operating margin of about 7% and a positive net change in cash.

Atos Group is scheduled to release its full-year 2026 results Feb. 26, 2027.
