Pendle Finance has partnered with Janus Henderson to bring an on-chain version of an AAA collateralized loan obligation (CLO) strategy valued at more than $30 billion to Pendle’s decentralized finance platform.

The arrangement centers on Janus Henderson’s core U.S. fund, one of the largest actively managed fixed-income exchange-traded funds. The planned Pendle integration uses Centrifuge’s deJAAA product, tying the fund to Pendle’s market for tokenized future yield. The $30 billion figure describes the AAA CLO strategy involved in the partnership.

Centrifuge’s deJAAA strategy is scheduled to mature on Pendle by November 2026. Pendle is a decentralized finance protocol that lets users tokenize and manage future yield from assets. The partnership puts Janus Henderson’s fixed-income offering into that on-chain system, connecting a traditional asset manager with Pendle and Centrifuge.
