SCHMID Raises 2026 Order Outlook Above €150 Million After Strong Q3
A Malaysia equipment agreement exceeds €25 million, while third-quarter order intake reached €67.8 million.

Nasdaq-listed SCHMID Group N.V. raised its 2026 order-intake outlook above €150 million after third-quarter equipment orders more than doubled and a new Malaysia agreement topped €25 million.
The equipment maker previously expected €125 million to €150 million in orders for the year. Third-quarter intake reached €67.8 million, up from €30.7 million in the second quarter. It included a repeat order worth more than €37 million that SCHMID announced in July.
The Malaysia agreement covers equipment for an expansion of high-density interconnect manufacturing capacity. More than €7 million of the order was included in third-quarter intake, and the balance was recorded as fourth-quarter order intake.
SCHMID’s equipment order backlog stood at €96.8 million on Sept. 30, compared with €54.8 million at the end of June. For the first nine months of 2026, order intake totaled €111.7 million. Preliminary third-quarter revenue was €24 million, bringing nine-month revenue to €70 million.
SCHMID kept its full-year revenue outlook above €100 million and its adjusted EBITDA margin forecast at 6% to 9%. Order intake and backlog cover equipment only, excluding services and spare parts. The third-quarter and nine-month figures are preliminary and unaudited.
