Winnebago Industries Revenue Falls 17% in Fiscal Fourth Quarter
Operating cash flow reached $142.5 million, while net leverage declined from the preceding quarter.

Winnebago Industries’ fiscal fourth-quarter revenue fell 17% as lower unit volume and changes in product mix weighed on sales, while quarterly operating cash flow reached $142.5 million.
The motorhome, travel trailer and boat maker posted revenue of $645.1 million, down from $777.3 million a year earlier. Selective price adjustments partly offset the sales decline.
Adjusted earnings fell to $0.49 per share from $0.71. Earnings under generally accepted accounting principles declined to $0.34 per diluted share from $0.49, and gross margin narrowed to 12.5% from 12.8%.
Net leverage fell to 2.2 times from 3.0 times at the end of the preceding quarter.
For fiscal 2027, Winnebago Industries expects revenue of $2.65 billion to $2.80 billion and adjusted earnings of $1.65 to $2.25 per diluted share. “The timing and pace of recovery remain difficult to predict,” President and CEO Michael Happe said.
