Dogecoin Labs Forms to Unite Wallet, App Network and Merchant Payments
The organization will bring MyDoge, DogeOS and Such App together under CEO Jordan Jefferson.

Dogecoin Labs has been formed with the Dogecoin Foundation to bring a wallet, an application network and merchant payment tools under one organization, linking Dogecoin (DOGE) developers, users and businesses.
The organization is set to own and operate MyDoge, DogeOS and Such App. Jordan Jefferson, founder of MyDoge and DogeOS, will serve as CEO. The Foundation and House of Doge will contribute intellectual property and development teams.
MyDoge has more than 500,000 users. DogeOS opened a public testnet on Sept. 30, giving developers a place to build and test applications for Dogecoin. Such App’s beta lets merchants issue invoices and accept in-person DOGE payments by QR code. Its connection to DogeOS remains planned.
The Foundation will continue supporting open-source development and community work, while Dogecoin Labs focuses on products and commercial use. Connecting Such App to DogeOS would link the merchant tool with the application network; that integration has yet to take place.
