Strive declared a first cash dividend of $0.8710 per SATS preferred share, payable Nov. 9, followed by daily business-day payments through Nov. 30. The 15% fixed annual dividend accrues on a $100 stated amount per share.

The first payment covers 14 business days, from Oct. 21 through Nov. 9. Holders recorded at the close of business Nov. 6 will receive it.

For each business day from Nov. 10 through Nov. 30, Strive declared a payment of $0.0658 per share. The 13 installments total $0.8554 per share. Each payment will go to holders recorded at the close of the preceding business day.

The schedule follows the Oct. 20 close of Strive’s seven-million-share SATS offering, priced at $90 per share and raising $630 million in gross proceeds. The $100 stated amount is the basis for dividend accrual.

SATS is preferred stock tied to Strive’s Bitcoin treasury strategy, but it gives holders no direct claim on the company’s Bitcoin. It ranks behind SATA preferred stock and existing and future indebtedness, and is structurally junior to liabilities at Strive’s subsidiaries. It ranks ahead of common equity.

Strive has no accumulated earnings and profits and does not expect to generate current earnings and profits in 2026 or the foreseeable future. The company expects distributions to be treated as a return of capital to the extent they are not treated as paid from accumulated or current earnings and profits. For U.S. investors, that treatment applies only up to an investor’s tax basis.
