Procter & Gamble will discuss its fiscal first-quarter 2027 results Thursday, with the year-earlier quarter’s 3% increase in net sales setting a reported-growth benchmark. The discussion comes as the company’s fiscal 2027 outlook calls for 1% to 3% growth in both all-in and organic sales.

The results discussion is scheduled for Oct. 22 at 8:30 a.m. ET (12:30 p.m. UTC). The year-earlier first quarter, from July through September 2025, recorded $22.4 billion in net sales, up 3%, and 2% organic sales growth.

P&G’s latest reported quarter, from April through June 2026, had net sales of $21.2 billion, up 2% from a year earlier. Organic sales were flat. Foreign exchange and rounding each added one percentage point to reported sales growth, while volume, pricing and mix had a neutral effect.

The annual outlook covers both reported sales and organic sales. Its organic-sales forecast includes a 30- to 50-basis-point headwind from brand, product-form and go-to-market discontinuations. The outlook applies to the full fiscal year, while the 3% and 2% growth figures from July-September 2025 describe a single quarter.

Organic sales growth excludes the effects of foreign exchange and acquisitions and divestitures. It is a non-GAAP measure, separate from reported net sales growth.

In July, P&G President and CEO Shailesh Jejurikar said the company was “confident in our plans to accelerate growth from semester-to-semester.”
