Insight Joins OpenAI Partner Network to Expand Business AI Services

Insight Enterprises has joined the OpenAI Partner Network as an Advanced Partner, with plans to help midmarket and lower-enterprise organizations adopt and scale AI solutions.

Insight is investing in a dedicated OpenAI Center of Excellence and expanding capabilities in sales, solution architecture, engineering and forward-deployed expert teams. The company helps clients adopt and scale ChatGPT Enterprise and Codex through its Radius and Rapid AI services.

Its client support spans strategy, governance, implementation, employee adoption, managed services and ongoing optimization. The collaboration with OpenAI covers client adoption, AI-powered service offerings, industry solutions and joint go-to-market initiatives.

Insight says its internal AI rollout reaches more than 90% of its global workforce and has generated significant productivity gains. Its approach connects technology deployment with process transformation and workforce adoption to help clients move from pilot projects toward production and results.
