Anthropic may file its IPO registration statement as soon as Friday, Oct. 23, opening a path to a possible November listing whose timing would depend on market conditions.

The filing date remains tentative, and Anthropic has not commented on the schedule. That leaves the possible submission and listing as separate milestones, with no firm public listing date.

Wall Street expectations put Anthropic’s potential valuation near $2 trillion, with the offering potentially raising as much as $100 billion. Those are expectations around the proposed IPO, not confirmed offering terms.

A previously disclosed draft S-1 lists $16.3 billion in revenue for the first half and $80.7 billion in net losses. The draft figures offer a snapshot of Anthropic’s finances ahead of a potential public filing.

Friday is the earliest possible filing point, while November remains a potential listing window rather than a confirmed date. Market conditions could determine whether that window holds.
