Zebec repurchased 40,536,539 Zebec Network tokens (ZBCN) in Q3 2026, valued at about $100,000. Revenue from Zebec Cards and payroll services across Zebec Enterprise and the SuperApp funded the purchases.

The acquired tokens will remain outside circulation. Its buyback program holds them in a designated on-chain treasury wallet and with Uphold Institutional.

The tokens have not been burned. Zebec’s DAO approved ZIP-4 in early 2024, pausing token burns while allowing recurring buybacks to continue.

The Q3 purchase equals about 0.04% of ZBCN’s 100 billion maximum supply. Zebec’s recurring buyback program began in late 2023 and draws on revenue from its products and services. By the end of 2026, the DAO expects to evaluate whether to propose bringing back burns alongside buybacks.
