Lazard (NYSE: LAZ) declared a $0.50 quarterly dividend on its common stock, payable Nov. 13 to shareholders of record Nov. 2, matching each of its previous three 2026 payouts.

The three earlier quarterly dividends were declared Jan. 28, April 30 and July 22. Each was $0.50 per share.
