Wormhole will connect BlackRock’s BUIDL tokenized Treasury fund across platforms. BUIDL is BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund, and Securitize handles its tokenization.

BUIDL shares can move at any hour, but only between pre-approved investors. The transfer rule limits who can receive the shares even when a transfer can happen outside business hours.

Binance accepts BUIDL shares as off-exchange trading collateral for institutional and advanced traders under an arrangement announced in November 2025. The Binance collateral arrangement covers those crypto traders.

The broader tokenized U.S. Treasury fund category had $14.95 billion in distributed value as of Oct. 9, across 109 assets and 86,210 holders. BUIDL accounted for $2.202 billion in the Oct. 9 market snapshot.
