Sonic Labs plans to move about 13 million S tokens through an over-the-counter (OTC) deal with a long-term partner within 24 to 48 hours, giving the community advance notice of a large on-chain transfer.
The parties aim to broaden the Sonic ecosystem’s reach on the partner’s network and increase user participation there. The arrangement is planned; the transfer has not yet been described as complete.
Sonic Labs disclosed the planned transaction in advance so the community would have context when the transfer appears on-chain.
