Rithm Property Trust Keeps Quarterly Dividend at $0.36 Per Share

Rithm Property Trust kept its quarterly common dividend at $0.36 a share, matching its second-quarter 2026 payout. The board approved the distribution Oct. 20, with payment scheduled for Nov. 30 to shareholders of record Oct. 30.

The trust reported $1.812 million in earnings available for distribution, a non-GAAP measure, or $0.23 per diluted common share, for the three months ended Sept. 30 in its third-quarter results. Rithm Property Trust is externally managed by an affiliate of Rithm Capital.

Rithm Capital is a separate issuer and declared its own third-quarter common dividend of $0.25 per share. That payment is scheduled for Oct. 30 to shareholders of record Oct. 1.
