Nvidia’s Physical AI Revenue Tops Prior-Year Total as Goldman Holds $300 Target
Substrate capacity is expected to reach 2.5 times its current level over three years, while CoWoS-R advanced-packaging capacity is expected to triple.

Nvidia’s physical AI revenue had passed the prior fiscal year’s full-year total by its GTC Berlin keynote, while capacity plans pointed to higher output as investors weighed whether AI spending was nearing a peak.
Goldman Sachs maintained its Buy rating and $300 price target in an Oct. 21 report after attending the keynote. The bank described the event’s immediate effect on Nvidia shares as limited, while saying it reinforced its view that AI deployment remains on track.
Goldman based its target on 30 times normalized earnings per share of $10. Nvidia shares closed at $216.47 on Oct. 20, putting the target 38.6% above that closing price.
Substrate capacity for Nvidia products is expected to reach 2.5 times its current level over the next three years. CoWoS-R advanced-packaging capacity is expected to triple.
Goldman also highlighted customer unit economics, agent security upgrades and diversification in physical AI revenue as investment themes.
