Revenue for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2026, hit a record $235.468 million at Nordic Semiconductor ASA, a 31.6% rise from a year earlier. Its fourth-quarter revenue outlook of $215 million to $235 million is below the third-quarter result even at the top of the range, while the company expects gross margin to stay above 50%.

EBITDA climbed to $38.527 million from $15.670 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA was $39.767 million, compared with $18.294 million; the adjustment reflects share-based remuneration tied to the 2025 Memfault acquisition.

Revenue from January through September reached $646.478 million, up 29.8% from the corresponding 2025 period. Nordic Semiconductor's previous third-quarter guidance called for revenue of $220 million to $240 million, with gross margin above 50%.
