Reliance Maintains $1.25 Quarterly Dividend, With Payment Set for Dec. 4

Reliance, Inc. (NYSE: RS) will pay $1.25 per common share on Dec. 4 to holders of record Nov. 20, maintaining a quarterly rate raised earlier this year.

The board declared the dividend Tuesday, Oct. 20. The payment continues the $1.25 quarterly amount Reliance established in February, when it raised the dividend 4.2% from $1.20 per share.

Reliance also declared a $1.25-per-share quarterly dividend in July, payable Aug. 28 to stockholders of record Aug. 14. The latest declaration keeps the quarterly payout at that level.
