FIBRA Prologis Sets Nov. 4 Payment for MXN 0.7766 per CBFI

FIBRA Prologis, a Mexican industrial real estate trust, declared a MXN 0.7766 cash distribution per Certificado Bursátil Fiduciario Inmobiliario (CBFI), worth about $70.1 million across more than 1.66 billion certificates.

The distribution covers 1,668,204,310 certificates and totals MXN 1,295,542,284. The peso amount per CBFI is about 6.2% higher than the MXN 0.7314 payout in July. The stated US$0.0420 equivalent per certificate is unchanged from July.

FIBRA Prologis had 515 investment properties in Mexico totaling 87.3 million square feet as of Sept. 30. Of the 515 properties, 352 were logistics and manufacturing buildings in six industrial markets.

Nov. 3 is both the record date and ex-dividend date. Payment is scheduled for Nov. 4.
