Enea AB plans a fourth-quarter share repurchase of up to SEK 20 million after its third-quarter net sales contracted 4.8% from a year earlier, with board approval still pending.

The Stockholm-listed telecommunications and cybersecurity software maker announced the plan Oct. 22. It would use authorization granted at the company’s May 7, 2026, annual general meeting.

For July through September, net sales were SEK 202.3 million, compared with SEK 212.5 million in the same period of 2025. The decline reached 6.1% after currency adjustments. Adjusted EBITDA was SEK 47.3 million, down from SEK 70.3 million, and its margin narrowed to 23.4% from 33.1%.

Earnings per share fell to SEK 0.34 from SEK 1.77. Cash flow from operating activities rose to SEK 66.4 million from SEK 20.7 million.

Customer decision times lengthened and contract signings were delayed amid geopolitical uncertainty and higher memory prices. President and CEO Teemu Salmi said, “I am not satisfied with the development of our net sales and profitability during the quarter.”

Enea’s 2026 outlook remains unchanged, calling for single-digit growth and an adjusted EBITDA margin above 30%. A formal board resolution on the repurchase is expected in Q4, with additional terms to follow.
