BE Semiconductor Industries N.V., a Dutch chip equipment maker, more than quadrupled third-quarter basic earnings per share as order intake climbed 96%, while revenue more than doubled year over year.

Basic earnings per share from continuing operations were €1.33, compared with €0.32 a year earlier. Revenue reached €283.4 million, up from €132.7 million in the year-earlier quarter. Order intake totaled €342.6 million, 17% higher than in the second quarter.

Orders for the company’s hybrid-bonding systems during the first nine months of 2026 were more than double the total for all of 2025. Hybrid bonding joins stacked chips.

BE Semiconductor expects fourth-quarter revenue to be broadly unchanged from the third quarter, within 5% above or below that quarter’s level. Some customers want deliveries of third-quarter orders aligned with production plans for the first half of 2027.

“Favorable order momentum in the first nine months of this year should continue in Q4-26 as the multi year AI capacity build-out progresses,” President and CEO Richard W. Blickman said.
