Healthcare Triangle Sets 1-for-20 Reverse Split for Oct. 26
The change is expected to reduce outstanding shares to about 886,501 from 17.73 million. Trading under HCTI is scheduled to reflect the split at Nasdaq’s open.

Healthcare Triangle will consolidate 20 common shares into one on Monday, Oct. 26, as it tries to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid-price rule after an Oct. 1 notice.
The reverse split is scheduled to take effect at 12:01 a.m. ET (04:01 UTC). Split-adjusted trading under the HCTI ticker is set to begin at the Nasdaq market open, pending confirmation from Nasdaq and the Depository Trust Co.
The company estimates the change will leave about 886,501 common shares outstanding, compared with roughly 17.73 million now. Fractional shares will be rounded up to whole shares. The par value per share and the number of authorized shares will remain unchanged. The stock will retain its ticker and receive CUSIP 42227W 504.
Nasdaq notified Healthcare Triangle on Oct. 1 that it was below the $1 minimum bid-price requirement. Reverse splits of 1-for-249 in August 2025 and 1-for-60 in February 2026 brought its cumulative ratio to 1-for-14,940 over two years, making it ineligible for the standard 180-day compliance period.
Healthcare Triangle has said it cannot guarantee the planned split will restore compliance. The change is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 26, with split-adjusted trading expected to begin at the market open.
