Product revenue rose 4.7% year over year, while adjusted diluted EPS fell to 33 cents from 73 cents. Gentherm recorded a GAAP diluted loss of 8 cents per share.
Gentherm posted $405.102 million in product revenue for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, while adjusted diluted earnings per share fell to 33 cents from 73 cents a year earlier.
Product revenue increased 4.7% from $386.870 million in the year-earlier quarter. Excluding foreign currency translation, it rose 4.4%. Adjusted diluted EPS is a non-GAAP measure. Gentherm recorded a GAAP diluted loss of 8 cents per share, compared with earnings of 49 cents a year earlier. Net loss was $2.590 million, versus net income of $14.949 million.
“Our third quarter results were in line with expectations,” President and CEO Bill Presley said.
Gentherm’s combination with Modine’s Performance Technologies business closed Oct. 1, after the quarter ended. The company’s updated 2026 guidance includes an expected fourth-quarter contribution from the business.
