TTM Technologies (TTMI) set a 2026 earnings target above the pre-report analyst average after quarterly sales jumped 60%, as growth across its end markets lifted revenue and profit.

For the quarter ended Sept. 28, net sales reached $1.204 billion, compared with $752.7 million a year earlier. Non-GAAP diluted earnings rose to $1.46 a share from 67 cents, exceeding pre-report estimates of $1.13 billion in sales and $1.25 per share. The company’s full-year non-GAAP earnings range of $4.97 to $5.03 per diluted share tops the $4.81 average estimate available before the Oct. 22 results.

GAAP net income increased to $84.8 million, or 79 cents per diluted share, from $53.1 million, or 50 cents, a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA reached $242.3 million, equal to 20.1% of sales, compared with $120.9 million and 16.1% a year earlier.

Data Center and Networking represented 41% of quarterly sales and grew 115% from a year earlier. Medical, Industrial and Instrumentation sales increased 97%, while Aerospace and Defense sales rose 21%. “All key markets contributed to our 60% year on year growth,” TTM President and CEO Edwin Roks said.

TTM also reported a total book-to-bill ratio of 2.13 and $2 billion in Aerospace and Defense program backlog. Before the quarter, it had projected sales of $1.10 billion to $1.14 billion and non-GAAP diluted earnings of $1.21 to $1.27 per share.

For the fourth quarter, the company forecast sales of $1.42 billion to $1.44 billion and non-GAAP diluted earnings of $1.77 to $1.83 a share. Its 2026 sales outlook is $4.47 billion to $4.49 billion. The full-year forecast includes completed acquisitions of Swiss Technology Group and Epiq Solutions, along with related financing costs.

TTM described its third-quarter figures as preliminary. Final figures in its Form 10-Q could change after closing procedures, adjustments and accounting review.
