Cognizant has signed a definitive agreement to acquire DyFlex Solutions in a proposed deal the company expects to strengthen its capabilities in Australia and New Zealand.
The acquisition has not closed. Completion remains subject to approvals and other conditions.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
