The Olympia, Washington-based bank holding company set Nov. 4 as the record date for shareholders eligible for the payment.
The $0.25 cash distribution is scheduled for Nov. 18; shareholders listed at the close of business Nov. 4 are eligible.
The board declared the payout Oct. 21. At $0.25 per share, it matches the dividend declared July 22.
Based in Olympia, Washington, Heritage Financial is a bank holding company and the parent of Heritage Bank. Its shares trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol HFWA.
